Old napkins take new life as Christmas cards, gift paper, and tags. Texturize paper with fabric and thread designs to make a photograph album. Add zest to a room with spice-colored candle shades. Make pictures with vegetables and leaves, a food-colored paper to embellish a notebook, and a petal-and-leaf decoration for a stationery box, address book, and bookmark.
